First meeting

Kindle: Mother, why must we always go to these meetings? why do we not simple massacre these ponies and raid their homes? We have no need to negotiate for their goods

Ember:*dry laugh* You sound just like your brothers dear

Kindle: *Huffs* Anyways! I still see no point in meeting these ponies. We're dragons! We take, we kill, we conquer! It's in our very instinct! Why defy that?

Ember: If we were to give in to instinct dear, I would have murdered you and your brothers, along with half of our nation to keep my throne.

Kindle: Moooootheerrrrr...!! you know what I mean!!

Ember: *chuckles* Kindle, you'll know in time, that violence is not the answer to everything. Now hush, we're almost there, and do be on your best behavior.

Kindle: *grumbles*

Kindle, Ember and fellow dragon ambassadors all arive at Celestia's glass tower, the highest building in canterlot. After a boring meeting between the two species, a party is held, much to Kindle's dismay. She just wants to go home! Bored out of her wits, Kindle walks up to a giant bouquet of flowers, and scoffs.

Kindle: *mutters* Just look at all this flowery fancy pony stuff.. it makes me sick!

Diamond Crusher: Ah, a fine day to you.

Kindle: *Looks up at Diamond and blushes* !!!!!

Diamond: It was princess.. Kindle? Yes?

Kindle nodded. She looked up at the handsome dragon...? She was sure she hadn't seen this one before! And it was quite strange to see one without wings. After all, most of her subjects had them. She straightened her wings, trying to impress this handsome stranger.

Kindle: Yeah.. heh, I haven't seen you around before. Stuck at this pony party too?

Diamond crusher gives a curious frown.

Diamond: Yes...? Is there something to your disliking?

Kindle: *Laughs* Where do I begin? I mean, look at this place! Does this look anything like a dragon would like?

Diamond: *Apologetic look* Ah, I'm afraid my knowledge is rather limited there, since I am half pony, and have been raised as one. As one of the hosts of this meeting, I would like to formally apologize it did not quite meet to your satisfaction.

Kindle gives a suprised look, and gives an embarrassed cough.

Diamond: But perhaps you might tell me what a dragon might prefer, I haven't had much of a chance to get aquainted to my fellow dragon kin, and have little knowledge of them.

Kindle: Uh... well.. for starters, we... uh.. like rocks!!!

Diamond: ..Rocks

Kindle:... Uh.. yeah.. and....!!

Kindle falters at Diamond Crusher's attentive gaze.

Kindle: Um... We like lava too!! and.. Gems...?

Diamond: *ponders deeply* I see...

Kindle: B-but...

Diamond: ?

Kindle: The tall tower was a nice touch... since... we like high places... and we fly... *blushes*

Diamond: *smiles* Thank you princess, I will make sure your next visit will be a more pleasureable experience.

Kindle: D-don't mention it...

Ember and Kindle share a weird sense of humor.. And yes, I did change Kindle's color so she would look more like her mother!
