Twilights Family

New foal! His name is either Night tide, or Midday star, I really can't decide.

Ever since this fella was born, he was frantically cared for by a very confused and panicking Twilight. Since he is the first foal Twilight has ever had, she has read, and re-read thousands of books preparing for every situation, books for the first breath he takes, to the last dying steps he takes. Since he was so frantically taken care of, he has also been sent to several magical schools and academies, and has been overwhelmed with all sorts of magical lessons and what not to his unicorn blood. Twilight frets over him like an asian mom xD (Am I right my fellow Asians? xD)

This little dude is quite magical, and harnesses quite a bit of magic, almost to rival Twilight's. But he has no idea has to use it, let alone know that he has such powers. He has only average intelligence, and could not quite keep up with all the magical lessons his mother puts his through. This caused quite a distress to Twilight, and to this dude too.

This foal wants to be cool like his mom and dad, but seems to fail or be extremely average in everything he does. He doesn't fit in any social group, whether it is high class royal ponies, or just regular ponies. He is just like his mother was. After failing many magical lessons, Twilight noticed his failing ablities to even make friends, so she moves back to Ponyville for him.

He has a timid personality, and rather keeps to himself. He is rather deep in thought, but a good guy. He doesn't wanted to be treated like royalty and just wants to fit in. Also, he is very easy to impress!
 
He has lots of questions that usually breaks the fourth wall. Such as, "Why does pinkie pie appear everywhere?" "Why is there a magical friendship problem that almost destroys the world each year?" "Why is his mother tackling friendship problems we learn in preschool?" And of course, the never ending question of "Is there some Asian celestial being who drew him in a sketchbook?"
